The island-wide festival titled ‘Savour Koulicious Delights at CapitaLand malls’ kicked off March 1st at Raffles City Singapore, with the presentation of a Shrek mosaic created with 3,640 cups filled with Matcha – setting a new record for the largest cup mosaic in Singapore.
